We bought this place a year ago and it was remodeled when we moved in. We need to be a bit more mobile for a year and are looking for someone or a family to take it over and rent. Pets are welcome so long as they are trained. This is a wonderful home with plenty of space. The main parking is up above on first level near front door and you can also use the garage entrance but we will be using half the garage for storage while we are renting this. We can leave a lot of furniture in the house if desired. That's something we can discuss when you view it. We are not covering any bills so you will be responsible for electric, gas, water and sewer and your internet.
