Facilities Program Manager

Facilities manager is responsible for overall support of the call center - both at tactical implementation and planning levels.
This person manages the facilities team which handles daily tasks pertaining to site maintenance and carrying out the projects.
The duties also include project managing changes needed to support the business (either seasonal changes or large, overarching changes required by outside parties).
Facilities manager also is responsible for audit of contracts contract compliance with vendors and landlord.
Overall, these tasks/responsibilities include:
Q4 ramp and ramp down execution (project management of trailers, room conversions, site events - ensuring SOPs for tasks are documented for future years) General site maintenance monitoring and auditing - down to microwaves and utensil/toiletry backstock.
Post mortem completion for major events Safety POC for site -o Main contact for Global Security for security change rollouts, alarm response and investigations.
o Stakeholder for workplace injury reportso Audit for OSHA compliance of fire drillso Monitor First Aid training completion rates for management Contract auditing for compliance by vendors Bid process oversight for new vendor identification Tactical completion of tasks outside normal hours of operation - response to alarms, calls from leadership on site regarding facilities.
Interface with landlord for requests/complaints.
Also monitoring lease contract for landlord and Amazon compliance with rules.
Direct management of Facilities Coordinator who directly interfaces with vendors at tactical level.
Safety and Physical Security ResponsibilitiesPhysical security responsibilities include both exterior and interior security compliance.
Ensures that the site conducts Site Associate Safety Monthly Meetings.
Conducts visual Gemba walks to ensure that the site is complying with all safety and security controls.
(restricting access, verifying badge authentication).
Also determine if you can gain entry to the site from perimeter doors, elevators, etc without being challenge Person will be the Certified Security Facilitator who is assigned to the location.
Will complete and remain current on Amazon's Site Safety Facilitation course.
The certification designated as a Site Security Facilitator must be done by a trainer who is authorized to do so by the Worldwide Physical Security team.
Exterior - the exterior of our building is free of any hazards and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements All necessary permits for buildings and structures are maintained and acquired before occupancy.
All vendors are in compliance with applicable security procedures when working on exterior of building (gardening, parking lot repair, HVAC, etc) Exterior of building vendors are not creating safety hazards for our employees or other stakeholders/vendors during or resulting from their services performed (slip hazards, sprinklers, snow/ice removal) Takes point on ensuring associates are parking properly/safely and operating vehicles safely while on our premises.
Facilities reviews video footage as requested by Global Security with regards to investigations Any accidents happening on Amazon exterior premises are investigated and risk assessment completed by Facilities.
Interior - the interior of the building is free of any hazards and safety risks.
Facilities ensure that all physical security requirements and procedures are being followed.
Facilities own testing alarm system points quarterly.
Facilities owns overall safety program for site Facilities own managing project completions when new physical security requirements are introduced (new alarm panels added, etc).
Facilities partners with local HR on investigating and closing out an accident reports filed Facilities takes responsibility alarm response compliance for site during hours of operation (ensuring our site acts upon alarms within SL) Facilities takes ownership of alarm response outside of hours of operation and reporting back to Global Security on findings.
Facilities owns reducing overall false alarms for site through root cause investigation to identify and remove causes (mechanical or behaviorally caused).
Facilities owns on-boarding of new vendors and ensuring they understand and comply with our physical security requirements (badge visible, background check completed, etc).
This includes personally escorting infrequent vendors.
Safety - Safety ultimately rolls up to Facilities.
Any accident report filed for interior of building is reviewed by Facilities, but actually submitted by reporting manager.
Facilities maintain a presence on safety team committee - attending each bi-weekly meeting.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
