Responsibilities:
Pre-employment physicals Performa VS, hearing, vision, immunization review, and administering vaccines, TST or QuantiFERON, drug screenings, N95 respirator mask fit testing.
Reviews and follow-up actions as needed, i.

Keeps records.
Enters appropriate charges in Cerner Worker's Compensation Provides follow-up care and education for work-related injuries, exposure, and needlesticks Obtains an order for labs and relay results for proper follow-up as needed Obtains an order for Post Exposure Prophylaxis and follow-up instructions accordingly Coordinates monthly exposure follow up Assists with WC case management and refer to specialists as needed.
Performs reporting and record keeping.
Annual TB screenings per MH's TB control plan.
Coordinates and performs annual screenings, TST, and QuantiFERON.
Follows up with positive results accordingly.
Keeps records and tracks compliance rates.
Annual N-95 Ft test Coordinates and performs annual N95 fit tests for all employees with direct patient care.
Tracks for compliance rates and keeps records.
COVID/Infectious Disease Provides guidance and education for quarantine, isolation, and RTW guidelines.
Performs contact tracing and keeps records.
Performs COVID Antigen testing and provides correspondence with testing individuals Onboarding PA, Med students, and New Residents Assists with Immunization review, Physicals, and vaccines.
Coordinates with program coordinators for deficiencies.
Immunization reviews for visiting students Coordinates and performs annual scheduling for departments Tracks for compliance rates Coordinates annual Influenza shot campaign Coordinates and performs yearly influenza vaccines for employees and med / PA students.
Performs record keeping and tracking for compliance rates Assists with obtaining and tracking Influenza and COVID declinations Assists with managing inventory and supplies for Occupational Health and Wellness Performs for-cause drug screens Assists in processing records requests for exiting medical students and residents Assists with billing questions:
Flu shots, medical students for vaccines, worker compensation, etc.
Manages personal protective equipment requests from departments for N95 masks.
Education:
Graduate of a medical assistant program or school of nursing.
MA candidates must be able to obtain certification.
Experience:
Prior experience is required.
