A national post-acute & palliative care organization in the is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join their team due to continued growth! This organization is experiencing major growth and is rapidly expanding in WV, PA, FL, IN & VA.
They have a great reputation for working with the adult/geriatric patient population for over 20 years! We are currently hiring 1 full-time and permanent Nurse Practitioners for each area:
Morgantown, WV Huntin gdon, WV
Responsibilities:
As the Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for rounding and providing palliative care in 2 long-term care/assisted-living facilities in the area.
Identifying short-term and long-term geriatric patient care issues that must be addressed and recommending courses of action.
Assess patient health by interviewing patients, performing physical examinations, obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Days - NO WEEKENDS Salary:
$100,000 to $145,000 Additional Perks/

Qualifications:
